These Terms of Sale & License Agreement (“Terms”) govern all digital products, templates, downloads, subscriptions, advisory services, and programs offered by Mind The Gap Cyber Public Relations (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing, downloading, subscribing to, accessing, or using any product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.
Mind The Gap Cyber Public Relations provides crisis communication, cyber response, leadership readiness, and AI-era risk management tools and services.
These may include:
Digital templates, checklists, and playbooks
Video modules, micro-courses, and digital toolkits
Prompt libraries and AI-assisted resources
Free and paid downloads
Advisory sessions, audits, and enterprise engagements
AI-powered assistants and assessment tools
Workshops, simulations, and leadership coaching
Each product or service is described on its respective sales page or platform listing.
All digital products are delivered electronically via download link, email, or hosted course environment (e.g., Podia).
Free downloads may require an email address to access.
Advisory services, audits, and simulations are delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No physical products are shipped.
Purchasers receive the current version of the product at the time of purchase. Updates may be sold separately unless explicitly stated.
Prices vary by product and service (see Product Reference Matrix below).
Payment is required in full unless the product is sold on a subscription or monthly engagement basis.
Payments are processed via approved third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or Podia.
All sales are final and non-refundable due to the digital and intellectual nature of our products and services.
Subscriptions and monthly advisory services renew automatically unless canceled according to the instructions on your billing platform.
All content, materials, frameworks, and intellectual property — including the CrisisOS5™ Framework, templates, playbooks, AI-ready prompts, simulations, and digital tools — remain the exclusive property of Mind The Gap Cyber Public Relations.
Purchasers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license:
(a) Individual License
Use by a single individual (e.g., courses, newsletters, Insider Membership).
(b) Single-Organization License
Use by employees of the purchasing organization only (e.g., templates, toolkits, playbooks, Starter Kit, Rapid Readiness Program, Rapid Readiness Audit deliverables).
(c) Enterprise License
Custom licensing granted through written agreement for multi-department or multi-organization use (e.g., Resilience Program, custom consulting).
Unless explicitly authorized in writing, you may not:
Resell, redistribute, upload, or publicly share any materials
Publish templates or checklists on public websites, intranets, social media, or shared external repositories
Train AI models using our templates, frameworks, documents, prompts, or proprietary materials
Incorporate our materials into your own paid services or training
Claim authorship, co-branding, or derivative rights over our IP
Use materials outside the licensed entity
If you use any AI-powered tools, prompts, or CustomGPT assistants created by Mind The Gap Cyber Public Relations:
You are responsible for verifying outputs before use
AI outputs do not constitute legal, cybersecurity, regulatory, or crisis counsel
No warranties are made regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability
We do not collect or store sensitive organizational incident data inside our digital products or AI tools.
Any proprietary or sensitive information shared during advisory sessions, audits, simulations, or enterprise engagements is treated as strictly confidential and governed by the terms of your engagement letter or service agreement.
Customer information (name, email, purchase data) is used solely for product access, communication, and customer support.
Our products and services provide strategic frameworks and educational resources.
They are not substitutes for legal counsel, cybersecurity forensics, regulatory guidance, or incident response services.
We make no guarantees of specific results or outcomes.
Mind The Gap Cyber Public Relations is not liable for:
Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Losses arising from cybersecurity events, crises, or communication failures
Decisions made based on templates, prompts, or AI-generated outputs
Actions taken or not taken based on our materials or guidance
Your use of our materials is at your own discretion and risk.
Purchasing a digital product, template, audit, or program does not create a client–consultant relationship.
A client relationship is only formed upon signing a formal engagement letter or enterprise agreement.
By purchasing, downloading, subscribing to, or engaging in any product or service offered by Mind The Gap Cyber Public Relations, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.
